Warranty Policy

Imalac values your business and offers warranty coverage on Nurture.  

  • Your warranty covers the Nurture System for one year from original date of purchase. In the event of a defect, Imalac will repair or replace Nurture without charge.
  • This a single-user product. As a result, only the original user is covered under the warranty. The warranty is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided when submitting a warranty claim.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance or repair, neglect of maintenance of system and its accessories, or failure to follow written instructions for use.
  • Warranty is valid in the USA only; replacements are shipped to USA addresses only.
