Return Policy - Warranty Claim

Imalac values your business and offers warranty coverage on Nurture.  

  • Your warranty covers the Nurture System for one year from the original date of purchase. In the event of a defect, Imalac will repair or replace Nurture without charge.
  • This a single-user product. As a result, only the original user is covered under the warranty. The warranty is non-transferable.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided when submitting a warranty claim.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance or repair, neglect of maintenance of the system and its accessories, or failure to follow written instructions for use.
  • Warranty is valid in the USA only; replacements are shipped to USA addresses only.

If you are approved for a warranty return, we will email you a return label. Please check the spam folder if the return label is not found in your inbox.  This label must be used within 14 days and will be voided thereafter. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified with the details of your refund.  Return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.  

If any product is missing from the return, you will be issued a partial refund.  Please review the itemized charges for missing items below:
