How do I determine my Nurture bra size?

Ordering when pregnant:

It is most accurate to take your bra measurement or order the bra size you are wearing at 8 months pregnant as you typically return to this size 4-8 weeks postpartum.

If ordering sooner, we recommend buying a bra that is one band size larger and 1-3 cup sizes larger than your “regular” bras. For example, if you were a 32B before pregnancy, you would order a 34C, 34D or 34DD, depending on what size you have grown into thus far.

Currently pumping:

We recommend following the directions below to take your bra measurements and refer to our size chart to ensure you get the fit right! If your measurements leave you between sizes on the chart, we recommend sizing down.

Taking a bra measurement:

Band Measurement:
Without a bra on, stand in front of a mirror and wrap a fabric tape measure directly underneath your bust, making sure it is parallel front and back.  Pull the tape measure tight and record this measurement in inches.
Bust Measurement:
With a standard bra on (not a sports bra), stand in front of a mirror and wrap a fabric tape measure around the fullest part of your breasts, making sure it is parallel front and back.  No need to pull the tape measure tight, just have it rest securely, and record this measurement in inches.

Refer to our size chart and use these two measurements to find your recommended size!  Don't see it?  Refer to the sister size chart, below the size chart to select the next best size.  We apologize if the size you are looking for is currently unavailable - we hope to broaden our size range in the future!
