Completing your return

Please review our General  and Guarantee return policies and submit a request form with the following information:

  • Customer name associated with order
  • Customer email associated with order
  • Reason for return request
  • Photos/videos of issue if warranty claim
  • Details of your experience and use of Nurture if guarantee claim

We will reply to your request as soon as possible. If approved, we will email you a return label (please check spam/junk folder if not found in inbox). Once we receive your product back, we will inspect it and issue a refund with a return shipping fee deducted. If any product is missing from the return, we will issue you a partial refund.
