      Controller does not power on

      • Check that the controller is plugged into a working electric outlet or that the battery pack is charged.
      • Make sure to press and hold ON/OFF button for two seconds when powering on.  Lights should turn yellow.
      • If there is no power or LEDs do not light up, refer to our Warranty Policy .
